KAN BAN KIT

I'm sure you have heard of the term Kanban before. It's a project management tool used to assist in task efficiency.
Why not incorporate this into everyday life tasks as well? We have processes and projects that take many steps to complete in every day life, so why not incorporate it?
Basic Summary of How to Use Kanban:
1. Use grid paper or dotted paper and create columns that affiliate with your system. For example: I want to build a fence for the house. My columns would be; Not Started, Researched, Purchased, Stored at house, Building, Done.
2. For all items that need to follow that process I would write on a sticky note or in erasable pen on the paper. For this example, this would be; Lumber and material, Labor, Equipment rentals, Clearing the yard.
3. As I complete those tasks, I move the sticky note or move the note on the paper to the next column until I am complete.
